Free delivery worldwide is presently offered on all purchases from this site. Horse1st.com has absolute right to refuse any order if delivery is either impossible or wholly uneconomical.
13. Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch your order within 36 hours. European orders are generally delivered within three days and to our other international customers, within five working days.
14. Out of Stock
If for any reason we are out of stock, you will be contacted and offered an alternative. If we are unable to supply you with what you want (or a suitable alternative – with your approval) then your card (if already charged) will be credited in full immediately.
15. Tax Charges
All prices are quoted in EUR and exclude EC. sales tax at 15% (UK). All sales to customers outside of the European Community are VAT/Sales Tax FREE.
